Now hiring a Manager for upcoming Text Advertising business to lead and grow sales in Cook County, Illinois. There currently is no other competition on the market for this type of Advertising. The service being sold benefits both the business and the consumer. It will sell quickly to many types of businesses if presented to them accurately and thoroughly. This company hasn't launched yet therefore no one knows about it, yet. The business will begin between November and December 2008. The Manager will be responsible for the overall number of sales made and maintained within the County. To achieve this task this person will be recruiting, and training qualified sales reps to present and sale our service to businesses. After recruiting and training the sales reps he/ she will be keeping them up to date on any changes the Company makes and answering questions they come across. The total number of sales reps to be recruited will probably need to be around 200, but this Manager will also have some input on this because he/she is the one responsible for making the sales happen.
The compensation for this is commission based however should have no problem reaching over 200K the first year and beyond that in years thereafter. This will be discussed more in detail during the selection process. Previous leadership experience in Advertising is required.
